Please complete this form in detail to sign up for our next Water Baptism. Please note the date/time of the baptism class. A confirmation email will be sent to you one week prior to the class to confirm the date and time. 

Water baptisms are held immediately following our 10:00 a.m. Sunday Worship Service. All water baptism candidates are required to attend the mandatory Water Baptism Class at 9:00 a.m. on the morning of their scheduled baptism, prior to the worship service.

Baptism T-shirts will be provided to all water baptism candidates before the outdoor baptism service.
